  1. Do you make everything yourself?
    Yes. Absolutely no imports or re-sales. I sew everything myself.
  2. Is the product machine washable?
    Yes, everything I make is machine washable and dryable with cold water wash recommended. I prewash and dry all the fabric I use so it should look exactly the same before and after washes. Should I ever use a fabric that is not machine washable, I shall specify it in the item description.
  3. Can I use my own fabric?
    Yes, most definitely, provided it is suitable for what you want. You are responsible for shipping fees on any fabric you send to me. Please contact me first (sales@tobysuniquecreations.com) to verify yardage and suitability of the fabric weight for the item.
  4. Do you use all-cotton fabric?
    For the most part, yes. I do use a polyester batting for those products that are padded. Occasionally, I may use a poly-cotton fabric but not very often. All my seam binding is a poly-cotton blend.
  5. Do you take custom orders?
    Most definitely. If it is something very unusual and/or that requires my making a pattern for it, it will take longer to prepare. For products that need measurements, please be very careful to measure accurately as I do not accept returns on custom orders.
  6. What is your shipping policy?
    If the item is in stock, it will be mailed within five business days. Please allow four weeks for delivery of all other orders. If I am out of town or ill, a notice will be posted on the website. If there is any other reason why I cannot complete your order on time, I shall contact you personally. If you are near Joppa, MD or plan to attend one of my shows, you may arrange to pick up your products instead of having them shipped. However, you MUST contact me to make arrangements prior to placing the order. For shipping, I use the USPS Priority Mail system and charge based on pre-tax order totals:
  7. Do you have a return policy?

    No returns on custom orders. For all other products, the item must be returned unused and in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. You must contact me first to authorize the return. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred.
  8. What methods of payment do you accept?
    PayPal, Master Card, Visa, and Discover. Checks and money orders are accepted and must be cleared before I ship out your order. No cash payments accepted in the mail.
  9. I don't have a PayPal account and don't want one. How do I pay by credit card?
    When you check out, select the PayPal payment option. You will be taken to the PayPal page but if you don't have a PayPal account, you will be offered the option to pay by Credit Card without logging in. PayPal membership is NOT required.
  10. Do you ship outside the USA?
    No.
  11. Is there sales tax?
    Only for MD residents (6%).
